All broadcast captioning work will be certified and compliant with all current FCC guidelines, including the new standards introduced in March of 2015 focusing on four specific areas: accuracy, synchronization, placement, and completeness.
Enhanced level of captioning will be easier to read and appear more attractive to a viewer.
Lines will be broken up to keep proper nouns, numbers with their nouns, titles, short quotes, dates, and scripture references together on the same line.
In the Basic level, transcripts will be imported at the 32 characters per line limit and timed in that format without any line break considerations.
Both levels will avoid on-screen graphics and the faces of on-screen talent per FCC requirements.
However, after the movement of captioning placement in our Basic level, the captions will remain in that location until an on-screen interference directs the caption placement to reposition.
In our Enhanced level, the captions will return to their base positioning throughout the program.
Roll-upClosed Captions appear in mixed case on the screen 2 or 3 lines at a time and roll-up one additional line at a time.

The captions will appear in a mixed case and at the fixed center-bottom-center location of the web player.
Premium SDH SubtitlesA Premium level of captioning that, although appearing in the subtitle format, is in the source language intended for the deaf and hard-of-hearing and includes non-dialogue audio and speaker identification.
Text will appear in mixed case on the screen in blocks of 1-3 lines that pop on and off the screen and can be placed in any location to identify speakers.
The reading rate will be brought down to, or below, 300 words per minute. The quality control process will include a review from 2 separate caption editors and the option of an additional client QC.
